How do Christians deal with this contradiction from the OT 2D NT?

I believe Paul is talking about circumcision of the flesh does not profit nothing, but that one needs to have his/her heart circumcized. Just think a bout for a minute a man could be circumcized in the flesh, but in his heart he could be a murderer, thief, a blasphemer, so I believe this is what Paul is talking about, and Ezekiel does mention circumcision of heart.
