Subpoena left at my door step in VA, relocated down to FL because of domestic violence issues?

So my husband hit me up in VA and he was arrested for simple domestic assault. I decided to leave the state, since it had been almost a month and no order was left for me to appear in court, and I didn't want to testify against him anyway since I'm pregnant and I don't need him being convicted of anything and losing his job. So today my husband tells me there's a subpoena for me to appear in court. I don't have the money to fly up and down plus I"m having a complicated pregnancy, any advice as to how to handle this?
